Moving on from water

LHP Industry presents unique dry lubrication system that is used by the bottling industry as a replacement for the traditional, less effective and more expensive wet lubrication systems.

The product uses no soap and water and works in perfect harmony with existing production lines. The system works by applying minute quantities of a synthetic oil to the conveyors.

Unlike some other non-water lubrication systems the oil contains no potential contaminants or particulates (such as Teflon).

Productivity

The dry lubrication system is helping beverage companies around the world reach new levels of performance through providing a lower cost, higher efficiency, environmentally friendly and safer conveyor lubrication system. Some customers have achieved 20% improvement in productivity.

The system can be installed with minimal disruption, working around existing pipe work and causing no disruption to existing schedules and productivity targets.

Safety

The Dry Lubrication System has been tested extensively and is also certified by the National Sanitation Foundation International as a safe product in food, beverage brewing and dairy industries - USDA NSF H1 certification. (NSF International certifies products for food, water, air and consumer goods).

The dry lubrication system works on productivity lines of all industries (soft drinks and dairy industries, breweries etc.). Independent studies demonstrated that our conveyor lubrication H1 in a glass of either lager or beer did not have a negative impact on beer foam stability.
