Our service engineers

As a service company, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We employ experienced production line engineers who can give customers real value added advice on any aspect of our lubrication systems and any bottle handling issues they may have. Each customer is assigned their own Service Engineer who will ensure we exceed our client’s expectations at all times.

Our site visits

During the initial site visit our engineers will survey the line for an initial quote. The Dry Lube quote will assess your operational requirements and find the most cost effective lubrication system for your line. The system does not require any changes to the bottling line and can easily fit around existing pipe work, so our engineers cause minimum disruption on-site. In addition there is minimal interruption to production during the installation process, ensuring you maintain maximum productivity. Approximate installation time for one line is 14 hours. During the first week our service engineer makes few visits to ensure that the Dry Lube System is working to maximum efficiency, adjusting flow according to line requirements.

Operation guarantee

We pride ourselves in our on-going relationships with customers and build strong bonds that will allow for efficient working relationships. We are dedicated to supplying a service of the highest quality at a competitive price to achieve overall customer satisfaction. All contracts include total responsibility for all installation, maintenance and servicing work. It is also our responsibility to top up the lubricant reservoirs.

We also provide a 24 hour emergency call-out service, however, the nature of the system is that, even in the unlikely event of a total break down of the pump, the lines would continue to operate for 24 hours before causing any production problems.
